Know What Needs Attention Before You Commit to Repairs

You do not need to know whether the answer is a new breaker, a repaired connection or a larger upgrade before calling. Tell Stone what prompted your concern. An electrical evaluation starts with the home, the symptoms and your plans—not an assumption that every older system needs replacement.

An inspection can be useful when you have moved into a home with an unfamiliar electrical history, received electrical comments in a home-inspection report, noticed recurring problems or started planning a remodel. The appointment scope should match the question you need answered.

What Should We Look At?

Panel and Breaker Concerns

Share repeated trips, visible damage or concerns raised about the panel. Stone can evaluate the issue and explain whether repair, further diagnosis or an upgrade is appropriate.

Panel and breaker service

Outlets, Switches and Protection

Tell us about loose or unreliable devices, older two-prong outlets, or concerns about GFCI protection. The existing wiring and location determine the options.

Outlet and circuit service

Wiring and Previous Alterations

Older work, finished basements and remodeled rooms can raise questions about connections and circuit use. Describe what you know about the work and any problems that followed.

Wiring and electrical upgrades

New Electrical Loads

Planning an EV charger, hot tub or new appliance? An equipment-specific evaluation helps establish available capacity and the circuit work needed before installation.

Bring the Questions That Matter to You

  • Your property address and the electrical concerns you want evaluated.
  • Relevant comments or photos from an existing home-inspection report.
  • Known remodeling, wiring changes or recurring symptoms.
  • Equipment specifications for any planned new load.
  • Any purchase, repair or renovation deadline that affects scheduling.

Do not remove panel covers, open devices or expose wiring to prepare for the appointment. Describe what you have already observed and leave electrical access and testing to the electrician.

One Metro Area, Different Homes

Stone serves Denver, Littleton, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Castle Rock and the surrounding established service area. The age of a neighborhood alone does not determine whether an electrical system is suitable. Previous work, present condition and the loads in your particular home matter.

For Castle Rock service, you can also call 303-879-4285. See all Stone service areas.

Inspection Questions, Answered

Is this the same as a city permit inspection?

No. Stone’s electrical evaluation helps you understand concerns and repair options. It does not replace an inspection or approval required by the authority responsible for permitted work. Stone handles required permits and inspections for its approved electrical work.

Can you review electrical concerns in a home-inspection report?

Share the electrical items when you call. Stone can confirm the appropriate appointment scope. If you need a particular report, certification or transaction document, discuss that requirement before booking; it is not automatically included in a general electrical evaluation.

Do I have to approve repairs during the visit?

You receive the recommended scope and price before authorizing work. The evaluation does not commit you to a panel replacement or other upgrade.

What if I have an active electrical problem?

Tell Stone about the symptoms when you call so the visit can be booked as electrical troubleshooting when appropriate. For immediate danger, smoke or fire, leave the area and call 911. Do not wait for an online booking.

How does scheduling work?

Call or schedule online, describe your concern and receive a one-hour appointment window. Your electrician evaluates the agreed concerns and explains the options. Read what to expect during a Stone service visit.
